SECP Launching (New) Registry System 'LEAP'

Our new registry system, LEAP, is being launched in phases. 1st phase has been launched with LLP registry processes. Processes for all remaining company types continued to be accessible through e-Services, as before. Please follow the guidelines to access your desired processes.
 
Attention LLP Users!
 
  New LLP Users: To register a new LLP, please click LEAP Login and create your new account in LEAP.
 
  Existing LLP Users (registered in e-Services and have LLP in e-Services): To register a new LLP or to initiate post-incorporation processes for an already registered LLP, please click LEAP Login and set your password* to access LEAP.
 
  Existing Users (registered in e-Services but have no LLP in e-Services): To register a new LLP, please click LEAP Login and create your new account in LEAP.
 
  Existing LLP Users (registered in e-Services and have in-progress LLP processes): To manage your in-progress (already initiated in e-Services) LLP processes** (Name Reservation, Incorporation), please login into e-Services with your existing e-Services account.
 
  Note:
* Your CNIC/NICOP (for Pakistan nationals) and Passport # (for foreign nationals) will be the username on LEAP as well as on e-Services. However, you will have different passwords for both systems. Changing/ resetting password in one system will not change your password in other system.
** Your in-progress processes in e-Services will automatically be moved to LEAP once they get completed/resolved in e-Services. For new LLP services, please use LEAP.

"eServices is integrated with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR),Employees Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Punjab Business Registration Portal, Baluchistan Business Registration Portal and Sindh Business Registration Portal."

Now, you may also register your company with FBR(NTN registration),EOBI, Punjab Employee Social Security Institution(PESSI)/ Sindh Employee Social Security Institution(SESSI), Labor Department and Excise and Taxation Department of the province of Punjab and Sindh through eService by providing additional information while submitting your incorporation application.

  The E-services project of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) is an electronic data gathering and retrieval system that would perform automated collection, acceptance and forwarding of submissions by companies who are required by law to file forms and documents with the SECP. Its primary purpose is to increase the efficiency of the corporate sector for the benefit of investors, companies, and the economy by accelerating the receipt, acceptance and dissemination of time-sensitive corporate information field with the Commission.
